With this mechanism you can control the opening of a door from a remote place without having to be present through an electrical device. You just have to install the mechanism in the door frame.

We will be able to activate the building door mechanism with our electronic door entry installation, so that we can open the door from the telephone or monitor of the house.

It can be opened both to the right and to the left (it is reversible DIN right and DIN left) and also the mechanism is symmetrical, allowing you to change hands while maintaining the symmetry of the body.

In this case, the lock release operating mode is type N-512 Inverted at 12Vdc.

We can find two types of lock release on the market, depending on the type of operation we need:

1. TYPE N-512_INVERTED AT 12Vdc: When the lock release works like this, the lock will unlock automatically when there is no 12Vdc power supply, being an inverted operation and activation at 12Vdc.

2. MAX ADJUSTABLE LATCH: In this case, the lock release includes an adjustable latch, so the door leaf does not press the lock release latch. Allows for an exact fit between the latch and the bolt of the lock.
