Lock release with automatic release when it receives an electrical impulse of 12Vac (alternating current), it locks again when the voltage is stopped and the door opens and closes again.
This type of lock release is mainly characterized by having an adjustable latch, having a memory and being short. It is reversible, that is, it allows opening both to the left and to the right. Thanks to its symmetry, it allows you to change hands while maintaining the symmetry of the body.

What are the main features of the Fermax 30691 Lock Release?
- Flush mounted lock release
- Reversible (DIN Right or DIN Left).
- Symmetrical
- Type A - Automatic 12Vac: the lock release is automatically unlocked upon receiving a 12Vac voltage pulse. The lock release locks once the tension is stopped and the door opens and closes mechanically again.
- Adjustable latch, allowing an exact fit between the latch and the latch of the lock, with a margin of 4mm. It allows the door leaf not to press the latch of the opener.
- Type S flush frame for interior doors. S-type gray metal trim that, together with an electrical mechanism, forms a flush-mount lock release.
