Hikvision HiWatch series recorder device for IP cameras. You will be able to connect up to 8 IP devices with a bandwidth of 80Mbps and a maximum resolution of 8Mpx. H.265+/H.265/H.264+/H.264 compression.
It has 4K HDMI and VGA output. You can connect up to 2 hard drives (not included). The recorder is ONVIF compliant. It has dual Stream IP access and alarms.
