Z-Wave Temperature and Humidity Sensor
The Z-Wave NICFLOOD temperature and humidity sensor is a device that has three main functionalities in one device:
Flood detection: alerts about the presence of water, which is useful to prevent damage due to leaks in household appliances.
Temperature measurement: allows to monitor the ambient temperature.
Humidity measurement: allows monitoring the humidity level in the environment.
Z Wave guarantees better communication, longer range and lower power consumption within a Z-Wave network.
It has a range of at least 40 meters indoors. The operating temperature range is between -10ºC and 40ºC.
This sensor integrates into a Z-Wave home automation system, allowing automation based on temperature and humidity values (e.g. control of heating, ventilation or dehumidifiers). High temperature or humidity detection can also be configured to trigger alarms.

Flood Detection Specifications:
- Detection Type: Contact with water through specific pins or sensors at the base of the device.

- Flood Alert: Sends a notification to the Z-Wave controller upon detection of water.
