It is an economical kit that has the most basic functions for the certification of optical distribution.
On the one hand, the PROLITE-55 is a laser light source that generates wavelengths: 1310, 1490 and 1550nm, with continuous wave mode or wavelet mode, and backlit LCD display. On the other hand, the PROLITE-57 is a high quality, portable optical meter that measures wavelengths: 1310, 1490 and 1550nm, works for xPON networks, with customizable thresholds and 20h autonomy.
