HEVC Field Meter H.265
The adoption of the H.265 HEVC format for the new DVB-T2 HD digital terrestrial television offers greater bandwidth and the flexibility required to work with new content with resolutions up to 1080p. The Ranger Neo 3 is the first Field Meter of its kind that offers demodulation of HEVC signals compatible with this new format already in the air.
Hybrid operation allows the meter to function fully with both the touch panel and the standard keyboard.
Measures for fiber optic and 3 GHz bandwidth can also be optionally added.

The Ranger Neo 3 meter is a field meter that can be used in all possible technological scenarios.
What technical features does the Ranger Neo 3 meter have?
- HEVC decoding.
- T2-MI packet analysis. It can receive a T2-MI signal in either ASI or IP formats, carrying out IP transport quality measurements, T2-MI packet analysis and PLP de-encapsulation.
- DCSS LNBs. They are the acronyms of LNB Digital Channel Stacking Switch or LNB with Switched Digital Channel Stacked. It is a technology that goes a step further in the distribution of multiuser systems through a single cable.
- Extended IP Functions.
- Ethernet connectivity for remote control. In addition, the IP interface can also store or retrieve data from a PC, copy channel tables or facility information, measure logs, copy transport stream files, screenshots, etc.
- Increased memory capacity. Up to 7 GB for user data.
- It also incorporates all the functions of RANGERNeo 2.
