External Antenna for LTE or Ajax Radio Communication
With this external antenna, Ajax hubs can be installed in places with high interferences such as safes, rooms built with reinforced concrete, hermetic metal boxes, etc. It can be connected to one of the 3 communication outputs: mobile, Jeweller or Wings. Depending on the selected output, the antenna will optimize the connection within the supported frequency band.
To be compatible, the hub must have an external antenna port. This antenna minimizes interference and signal interruptions, providing uninterrupted communication between the hub and the connected devices.
With tamper protection included, if the Ajax system detects breakage of the external antenna, it notifies users and the monitoring company, even if the signal only weakens and does not disappear completely.
Configuration is very simple and fast via a standard SMA connector.
