We inform that it is very important not to disconnect the TNTSAT receiver from the current. If the receiver is turned off when it is due to receive a satellite update, it may cause a card error and lose channel viewing rights. This error is irrecoverable and the card is unusable. The receiver can be switched off in standby, but not disconnected from the electrical current. Losing the rights to the card is not covered by the product warranty.
