A POE injector is a power over ethernet system. For this purpose, POE-enabled devices will be powered through the data cables instead of through the power cables. These devices can be access points, IP cameras, switches, phones, etc. We use a POE injector when a POE switch is not available or when we need to supply additional power to high power devices.
